对结核性胸膜炎患者实施优质护理配合健康教育的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析对结核性胸膜炎患者实施优质护理配合健康教育的效果。方法选择在该院住院的结核性胸膜炎患者88例,按随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组各44例。对照组给予优质护理,观察组在优质护理基础上配合健康教育。对比两组护理前后健康知识知晓程度、治疗依从性和两组护理后平均拨管时间、平均住院时间及对护理工作的满意度。结果两组护理前健康知识知晓程度得分、治疗依从性得分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组健康知识知晓程度得分及治疗依从性得分分别为(93.56±8.78)、(4.81±0.79)分均高于对照组(87.31±7.04)、(4.13±0.82)分;护理后观察组平均拨管时间、平均住院时间分别为(8.85±1.05)、(26.32±3.29)分均低于对照组(9.68±1.12)、(29.05±3.85)分;观察组对护理工作满意率为97.73%高于对照组81.82%,结果显示两组比较均差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论采用优质护理配合健康教育可有效促进结核性胸膜炎患者对健康知识的掌握程度,促使患者主动接受和配合治疗,缩短患者的平均拨管时间和住院时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing with health education on patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods Selected 88 cases of patients with tuberculous pleurisy in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, each of 44 cases. The control group accept-ed high quality nursing, while the study group accepted health education based on this. Compared to the previous two sets of nursing, after, including knowledge about health, treatment compliance, and compared average extubation time, median length of hospital stay, satisfaction with care after nursing in two groups. Results health knowledge scores , treatment adher-ence scores were no significant difference before nursing in the first two groups （P〉0.05）, health knowledge scores （93.56± 8.78）, treatment adherence scores （4.81 ±0.79） of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（87.31±7.04）,（4.13±0.82） after nursing, respectively. The scores of average extubation time and median length of hospi-tal stay of the observation group（（8.85±1.05, 26.32±3.29） were lower than that of the control group （9.68±1.12,29.05±3.85）, the incidence of satisfaction with nursing job of the observation group （97.73%） was higher than that of the control group （81.82%）, the results of statistical analysis show significant difference（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Take high quality nursing with health education on patients with tuberculous pleurisy can effectively promote patient＇s mastery of health knowledge, prompting patients to initiate treatment ,shorten the patient＇s average extubation time and hospitalization, improve satisfac-tion of patients in nursing service.
