摘 要:目的研究健康教育在结核性胸膜炎患者自理能力中的应用效果。方法选取该院收诊的结核性胸膜炎患者86例,给予健康教育,比较教育前、教育后的自理能力,并观察健康教育满意度。结果教育后患者知识掌握程度、自我决策能力、自理实践能力、整体自理能力评分均高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育后患者知识掌握程度、自我决策能力、自理实践能力、整体自理能力改善情况由于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非常满意51例,满意34例,不满意1例,总满意度98.84%。结论健康教育可明显提高结核性胸膜炎患者的自理能力,对患者的治疗有所帮助。Objective To study the effect of Health Education in tuberculous pleurisy patients self-care ability. Methods Patients with tuberculous pleurisy diagnosed in our hospital received 86 patients received health education, self-care before comparative education, education post and watch health education satisfaction. Results Patients mastery of knowledge after education, self decision-making ability, the ability to self-care practice, overall self-care scores were higher than the previ-ous education, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Knowledge of patients with post-secondary education, the ability to self-determination, self-care practice ability, overall self-care ability to improve the situation since the former Ed-ucation, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Very satisfied 51 cases, 34 cases of satisfaction, not satisfied with one case, the total satisfaction of 98.84%. Conclusion Health education can significantly improve self-care ability of patients with tuberculous pleurisy, the patient's treatment help.
