针灸治疗急性期面瘫的增强MRI研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗急性期面瘫的机制。方法将60例面瘫病人随机分为针灸治疗组和药物治疗组,观察治疗前后面神经增强磁共振成像(MRI)情况及The House-Brackmann面神经功能分级评分,随访3个月后观察两组恢复情况。结果两组治疗后面神经增强MRI评分及The House-Brackmann面神经功能分级评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后面神经增强MRI评分及The House-Brackmann面神经功能分级评分差异无统计学意义。3个月后随访,针灸组总有效率87.7%,药物组总有效率83.3%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性期针灸治疗能减轻面神经水肿。Objective To explore the mechanism of acupuncture for the treatment of acute facial paralysis.Methods Sixty patients with acute facial paralysis were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and medication group for 3 months.MRI finds of facial nerve and the House - Brackmann score were recorded.The efficiency was evaluated.Results There was difference in MRI finds of facial nerve and the House - Brackmann score before treatment and after treatment between two groups（ P 〈0.05）.The total clinical effective rate was 87.7% in treatment group,83.3% in control group（ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture can relieve facial nerve edema in acute facial paralysis.
