腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠治疗中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:选取132例经腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠和63例同期开腹手术治疗的异位妊娠患者,分别作为观察组和对照组,比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果:2组手术均成功完成,观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及术后住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜手术诊治异位妊娠具有准确性高、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少和安全可靠等优点,可作为治疗异位妊娠的首选方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： One hundred and thirty-two patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscopic surgery and 63 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with laparotomy were divided into the observation group and control group,respectively. The clinical effects between two groups were compared. Results： The operations in two groups were successfully completed. The operative time,and peroperative bleeding,anal exhaust time and hospital stays in observation group were significantly less than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with laparoscopic surgery is high accuracy,less trauma,quick recovery,less complication and safety,which should be the first chosen in treating ectopic pregnancy.
