云南名中医保胎饮防治滑胎临床研究

摘　　要：目的系统总结云南名中医防治滑胎学术思想及经验，为中医药预防滑胎提供临床依据。方法：选择60例患者，妊娠后开始服用张良英教授的保胎饮，每2周复诊1次，连续8周，观察患者有无阴道出血、有无腹痛、有无腰酸、有无头晕耳鸣等症状，同时检测血β－HCG、孕酮（P）是否与孕周相符。结果观察60例，痊愈55例，无效5例，治愈率为91．67％；阴道流血41例，显效15例，占36．58％；有效23例，占56．10％，总有效38例，占92．68％；无效3例，占7．31％；腹痛下腹坠胀44例、显效28例。占69．64％；有效13例，占29．55％，总有效41例，占93．18％；无效3例，占6．82％；腰酸33例，显效19例，占57．58％；有效12例，占36.36％，总有效31例，占93．94％；无效2例，占6．06％；头晕耳鸣4例，有效率100．00％；无症状13例，占21．67％（13例无症状，60例）。血β—HCG值变化均在孕周正常范围内波动，最后稳定在正常水平；孕酮（P）浓度均有不同程度的上升。结论保胎饮防治滑胎临床疗效显著，可有效防治滑胎，提高妊娠成功率；用药后改善了黄体功能，从而使血β—HCG、P明显升高。说明张良英教授保胎饮具有补肾健脾安胎的功效．尤其对脾肾两虚滑胎类型的疾病，疗效更显著。Objective To provide clinical reference for traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of habitual abortion by the comprehensive summing-up on Zhang Liangying＇s academic idea and experience for prevention and treatment of habitual abortion.Methods 60 pregnant women as study subjects,all of them had taken the prevent miscarriages oral liquid by professor Zhang Liangying,and in the following eight weeks,received investigation every two weeks on related symptoms ,such as colporrhagia, stomachache, mild lumbago, dizziness and tinnitus,and on levels of the β-HCG and progesterone.Results According to the resuh.55 cases recovered,5 cases without effect,and the total cure rate was 91.67%;in the 41 cases showing colporrhagia, 15（36.58%） cases marked effect,23（56.10%） cases had effect,and the total effect cases were 38（92.68%）except for 3 eases（7. 31%）; in the 44 cases showing stomachache,28 （69.64%）marked effect,13 cases （29.55%）exhibited effect,the total effect cases were 41 （93.18% ） ,3 （6.82%） cases with no effect; among 33 cases with mild lumbago, 19 （57.58%） cases marked effect, 12 （36. 36%） cases showed effect,the total effect cases were 31 （93.94%） expect for 2 （6.06%） cases ;all of the 4 cases with dizziness and tinnitus showed effect,the effective rate was 100%; in the total 60 subject,13 （21.67%） cases had no symptoms above.And the normal levels of β-HCG and different raises of progesterone in the total 60 cases had been observed.Conclusion A remarkable efficacy of prevent miscarriages oral liquid on prevention and treatment of habitual abortion was observed.The total effective rate was 91.67%,which demonstrated prevent miscarriages oral liquid performed efficacy on prevention and treatment of habitual abortion,improving success rate of pregnancy.And after taking prevent miscarriages oral liquid, a normalβ-HCG level and evident improvement of progesterone in the total 60 cases was showed,illustrating prevent miscarriages oral liquid improved
