无偿应急献血者招募策略文献分析

摘　　要：目的系统梳理国内外应急献血招募策略及措施，为我国应急献血者招募工作提供理论参考。方法采用文献研究法，以“应急”（emergency）、“献血”（blooddonat）、“招募”（motivateORrecruit）“策略”（strategy）4个主要检索词在中外文期刊数据库检索相关文献，对文献中的相关内容进行信息提取和总结。结果国内外血站的招募策略总体框架一致，均涉及宣传、招募、服务和激励这4个方面，但是各方面具体实施的招募手段国内外有所区别。结论国内血站可以借鉴一些国外的经验丰富和完善血站应急献血的招募策略，同时结合血站面临的应急情况开展相应的招募工作以更好的保障应急情况下的血液供应。Objective To summarize the emergency blood donation recruiting strategies and measures among domestic and foreign blood centers,and provide theoretical references for emergency blood donors recruiting.Methods Literature research method is applied to analyze the related literatures,accessed by searching in the Chinese and foreign Journal Full-Text Database with ＂emergency＂ ,＂blood donate＂ ,＂motivate OR recruit＂and ＂strategy＂ as keywords.Results The framework of foreign and domestic strategies are similar,however,there still exists some differences in detail measures between them.Conclusion Domestic blood centers can learn some experience from blood centers abroad,meanwhile,recruiting strategies conducted should based on the emergency situa- tions that blood center faced in order to guarantee the blood provision.
