摘　　要：目的总结经支气管镜肺减容术治疗重度肺气肿患者的护理体会。方法对25例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者进行围手术期的护理。结果术后25例患者呼吸困难症状较术前明显减轻或消失，生活质量明显提高。结论加强经支气管镜肺减容术围手术期护理，是肺减容术成功的重要环节，可提高治疗效果，减少死亡率。Objective To summarize the bronchoscopic lung volume reduction surgery for severe emphysema patient care experience.Methods 25 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema patients perioperative care.Results Dyspnea 25 cases in this group of patients compared with the preoperative significantly reduced or disappeared,the quality of life improved signifi- cantly.Conclusion Strengthen bronchoscopic lung volume reduction surgery perioperative care,which is lung volume reduction surgery an important part of a successful,can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce mortality.
