规范化护士礼仪培训在临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化护士礼仪培训在临床护理工作中的应用方法和效果。方法自2014年1月至12月对医院实习护士、新入职护士和海南省各医院384名护理骨干进行规范化护士礼仪培训，采用自身对照法比较培训前后形象礼仪、护理常用操作、规范用语评分。结果采用规范化培训后实习护士、新入职护士和护理骨干形象礼仪及护理常用操作礼仪评分均有显著提高，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论规范化护士礼仪培训有利于促进护理行为规范，提高护士的综合素质和职业形象，增进护士的服务意识。Objective To study the method and effect of standardized nursing etiquette training in clinical nursing.Methods Since January 2014-2014 in December,the nurses,the new recruits nurses and nurses in Hainan Province,the backbone of the 384 standardized nurse etiquette training,the use of their own comparative method to compare the image of etiquette ,nursing common operations,standardized terms.Results After the training,the score were significantly improved,differences between groups with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Standardized nursing etiquette training is helpful to promote standards of nursing behavior,improve the quality of nurse professional image and improve nurses＇service consciousness of nurses.
