50例胃癌术后早期应用肠内营养的护理观察

摘　　要：目的总结51例胃癌患者术后早期应用肠内营养的方法和护理。方法选择2014年7月至12月51例胃癌患者．术中均留置空肠营养管，术后由此管泵入肠内营养乳剂，给予营养支持辅助治疗。结果经过严密观察和护理，均未发生严重并发症，其中1例出现轻度消化道症状，经加温及减慢输注速度后症状好转。结论胃癌术后患者早期应用肠内营养支持治疗可促进胃肠功能的恢复，减少患者术后并发症。Objective To summarize the methods and nursing of early enteral nutrition in 51 patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods 51 patients with gastric cancer in our department from July to December 2014,cases of gastric cancer,were treated with enteral nutrition emulsion,which was treated with enteral nutrition.Results After close observation and nursing,there were no serious complications ,including 1 cases of mild gastrointestinal symptoms ,the symptoms improved after warming and slow infusion rate.Conclusion Early application of enteral nutrition support in patients with gastric cancer can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce postoperative complications.
