门诊药物咨询现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解门诊药物咨询的状况，寻找其中的重点与热点，探讨改进药物咨询服务的措施。方法收集2015年2月26日至3月25日门诊患者药物咨询记录．采用MicrosoftExcel统计软件包进行数据分析，计算各项构成比。结果咨询人员分布：女性咨询的例数（202例）比男性多，构成比大（65．58％）。老年组（大于50岁）咨询的例数（140例次）比中、青年组多，构成比大（45．45％）。患者及家属咨询的例数（208例次）比医护人员、其他人员多，构成比大（67．53％）。咨询药物的类型：抗生素药物咨询的例数（64例次）比心血管系统、消化系统、解热镇痛、神经系统、呼吸系统多，构成比大（20．78％）。咨询药物内容：药物用法用量咨询的例数（7l例次）比药品不良反应、名称、价格及规格，药物适应证，有无药、供药信息、药物求购及退药，诊断确诊后的用药选择多，构成比大（23．05％）。查阅参考资料：不霰要查阅28例次（9．09％）；《药品说明书》查阅例数（223例次）比《新编药物学》《药师咨询常见问题解答》《临床用药须知》《临床合理用药指南》《中国药典》多，构成比大（72．40％）。结论改进药物咨询服务的措施：广泛普及群众性药物知识宣传教育：建立药物咨询硬件及软件平台；加强药师的教育和培训：提高药师的服务质量。Objective Understand the current situation of drug counseling in outpatient pharmacy,find out the importance and hotshot,and investigate the measure to improve the drug counseling service.Methods Collect the drug counseling records of patient in outpatient services between 26 Feb and 25 Mar,2015,analysis with Microsoft Excel statistics software package,to calculate the proportion of each item.Results The distribution of counseling people：The proportion of counseling samples （220）of female is more than which of male,which is 65.58%,on the other hand,the proportion of the old （age〉50）is more than which of the midage,the younger,which is 45.45%,otherwise,the proportion of patient and the dependents is more than the health care providers and other parties,which is 67.53%. The counseling medical type： The proportion of ANTIBIOTICS （64 times）is more than which of cardiovascular system,digestive system,antipyretic agents,nervous system and respiratory system,which is 20.78%. The content of counseling medical： The proportion of the samples of medical counseling usage and dosage （71 times）is more than which of medical untoward effect, name, price and specifications, the medical indication, the storage, medical supply, supply information, medical purchase and return of medical,which is 23.05%.Reference：The proportion of not necessary to check reference is 9.09%. The proportion of consultant Samples of Medical Specifications （223 times）is more than which of New Edited Pharmacy,FAQ for Pharmacist Counseling,The guidance Notes of Clinical Medication,Rational Clinical Medical Usage Guide,Chinese Pharmacopeia, which is 72.40%.Conclusion The measure to improve the drug counseling service：Popularize the mass medical knowledge propaganda education;Build the drug counseling hardware and software platform;Strengthen the education and training for the pharmacy;Improve the service quality of pharmacy.
