摘  要:针对中速磨直吹式制粉系统中磨煤机及回转式空气预热器运行特性,对轴流一次风机失速工况进行了分析。工程实例表明,仅按照机组典型负荷工况参数进行轴流一次风机选型,存在中低负荷磨煤机紧急停运工况风机失速风险。建议优化轴流式一次风机选型参数,按照空预器一次风侧计算漏风率及运行一年后保证漏风率,补充机组不同负荷下磨煤机紧急停运工况一次风量。Stall condition of axial-flow primary air fan is analyzed according to the medium-speed mill and the rotary air-preheater operation characteristics in direct-fired pulverizing system.The engineering example showed that if axial flow fan was selected only in accordance with the parameters of the unit typical load condition,the stall risk of fan will be exised in the emergency shutdown condition when the mill was under middle or low load. The parameters of axial fan selection was suggested to be optimized,adding the flow for the unit load in the mill emergency shutdown condition based on the calculated leakage value and the guarantee leakage value of air preheater.
