温州人人格结构的初步分析

摘　　要：采用人格研究的词汇学途径,从报纸、网络等媒体中广泛收集描述温州人人格特点的词汇,经同义词合并并整理共得到49个形容词,编制成温州人人格形容词评定问卷,并让294名温州人(项目数与人数比为1:6)进行自我评定,然后对评定的结果进行探索性因素分析。结果发现,温州人人格结构共包含十个因素,按其重要性排序分别为创新性、聪慧性、刻苦性、团结性、排外性、胆大性、现实性、务实性、坚强性、自主性。研究对"温州精神"的含义做出了实证性的解释,是从心理学角度研究温州人群体人格特点的尝试。The study used the lexical methods of personality, in which vocabulary for describing the personality characteristics of Wenzhou People are collected from extensive newspapers,internet and other medias. After synonym merger and organization, a total of 49 adjectives was compiled into a questionnaire assessment of Wenzhou People personality, and then 294 Wenzhou People （item number and the people number ratio is 1：6） joined the self-assessment. The results based on the exploratory factor analysis showed that personality structure of Wenzhou People contains a total of 10 factors and according to importance they rank the following： innovative, intelligent, hardworking, solidarity, exclusive, adventurous, realistic, practicality, strengthen, and independent. The study is an attempt from a psychological perspective to learn the group personality characteristics of the Wenzhou people, which contains the meaning of ＂Wenzhou spirit＂ and positive explanation.
