靶点射频、纯臭氧联合药物注射用于腰椎间盘突出症的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨靶点射频、纯臭氧联合药物注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法随机选取该院骨科、疼痛科2009年3月—2014年11月收治的180例确诊腰椎间盘突出症患者分为联合组和对照组各90例,两组患者均给予靶点射频+纯臭氧注射治疗,联合组同时给予药物注射治疗,以上治疗方法每隔7 d治疗1次,2次为1个疗程,比较两组患者治疗4个疗程后的临床效果差异。结果治疗后,两组患者的疼痛麻木、行走、生活及工作能力、压痛及下肢放射疼痛、直腿抬高试验各项评分较治疗前均显著的提高(P<0.05),联合组提高效果显著的优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组下肢胫神经F波潜伏期(46.83±1.53)ms、腓总神经F波潜伏期(47.76±1.62)ms显著低于对照组的(47.45±1.40)ms、(48.26±1.39)ms(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组的优良率(78.89%)显著的高于对照组的优良率(65.56%)(P<0.05)。结论靶点射频、纯臭氧联合药物注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症较靶点射频+纯臭氧注射具有更加显著的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of target radiofrequency, pure ozone combined with drug injection in the treatment of LDH. Methods 180 cases with LDH admitted in Department of Orthopedics and Pain Control Department from March 2009 to November 2014 were selected and divided into the combination group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given target radiofrequency and pure ozone injection treatment, while patients in the combination group were given drug injection at the same time. For the above treatment, patients were treated every 7 days, with 2 times as a course. The clinical effects of both groups after 4 courses were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of pain and numbness, walking, living and working ability, pressing pain, and lower limb radiation pain, straight leg-raising test of both groups were significantly higher than those before （P〈0.05）, and the improvement of the combination group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, compared with the control group, the combination group had much lower tibial F wave latency period of lower limbs [（46.83±1.53） ms vs （47.45±1.40）ms], obvi- ously lower common peroneal nerve F wave latency period [（47.76±1,62）ms vs （48.26±1.39）ms] （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the excellent and good rate of the combination group （78.89%） was significantly higher than that （65.56%） of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of target radiofrequency and pure ozone combined with drug injection on the treat- ment of LDH is significant.
