乳腺癌P53和Ki-67表达的相关性及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨突变型P53和核蛋白抗原Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其相互之间的关系,为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后提供可靠的依据。方法随机收集2012年3月—2015年8月期间于包头医学院第一附属医院就诊的100例女性原发性乳腺癌患者,术后行病理及免疫组化检测乳腺癌组织中P53和Ki-67的表达。结果 100例乳腺癌肿块其P53和Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为56.0%、41.0%。P53和Ki-67间有一定的关联性,P53与Ki-67表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论P53和Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达既相互独立又相互关联,通过多项指标联合检测,会更准确地判断乳腺癌的预后,同时可以为靶向药物的个体化治疗提供参考依据。Objective To discuss the expression of Mutant P53 and Nuclear protein Ki-67 in the breast carcinoma and the relationship with each other and provide reliable basis for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods 100 cases of female patients with primary breast cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from March 2012 to October 2015 were collected and the expression of P53 and Ki-67 in the breast carcinoma were detected by pathology and immunobistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of P53 and Ki-67 in 100 cases of breast cancer lumps was respectively 56.0% and 41.0 %, there is a certain correlation between P53 and Ki-67, P53 expression was posi- tively correlated with Ki-67 expression. Conclusion The expression of P53 and Ki-67 in breast cancer is both independent and related to each other （P〈0.05）,the prognosis of breast cancer can be judged more accurately by combined detection of multiple indicators, at the same time, it can provide reference for the individual treatment of targeted drugs.
