氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性冠脉综合征探讨

摘　　要：目的探究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性冠脉综合症的临床应用疗效。方法整群选取该院2013年7月—2015年7月急性冠脉综合征患者182例,分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均为91例,分别给予对照组单用阿司匹林治疗的常规治疗方案,观察组氯吡格雷联合常规治疗方案。检测两组患者治疗前后的肌钙蛋白的含量变化、心电图的改变和心脏病发病情况,判断两组治疗方案的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组的肌钙蛋白含量均明显下降,但观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总疗效率(94.5%)明显高于对照组(78.0%),且P<0.05。结论该实验方法对于治疗急性冠脉综合征具有十分明显的疗效,有效降低了患者的肌钙蛋白含量且无明显不良反应,是治疗该综合症的有效方案。Objective To study the clinical application curative effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of 91 cases with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 182 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 91 cases in each, the control group were treated with mere aspirin, the observation group were treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin, the change of troponin con- tent, eleetrocaxdiogram＇s ehange and the pathogenic condition of heart disease of the two groups before and after treatment were detected and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was judged. Results After treatment, the troponin contents of the two groups were obviously decreased, however, the observation group were decreased more obviously,（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group 94.5% vs 78.0%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of 91 cases with acute coronary syndrome has an obvious eurative effect and can effectively decrease the troponin content and there was no obvious adverse reaction, and it is an effective plan for treating this syndrome.
