米索前列醇在绝经后取环妇女患者的临床应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析米索前列醇应用在绝经后妇女取环中所取得的实际效果。方法随机选出该院自2013年10月—2015年5月行绝经后节育环(IUD)取出手术100例患者进行回顾性分析,按随机原则划为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例),研究组在手术之前将400μg米索前列醇放在阴道后面穹隆部位,3 h后取出环。对照组在手术之前不给予药物,采用常规办法做取环手术。结果经过治疗,研究组患者的宫颈软化率为80%(40/50),显著地高于对照组(0%),该两组患者的宫颈软化率对比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=27.305,P<0.01)。结论对绝经后妇女进行取环手术之前,将药物米索前列醇放于阴道,能有助于宫颈的软化及扩张,使患者所受的痛苦减轻,可以取得更好的取环效果。Objective To analyze and discuss the actual effect of misoprostol in women patients with postmenopausal removing IUD. Methods 100 cases of patients receiving postmenopausal removing IUD operation in our hospital from October 2013 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the research group put 400 micrograms misoprostol in the fornix part at the back of the vagina before operation and the IUD was removed after 3 hours, the control group were not given medicine before operation and were given conventional removing IUD operation. Results After treatment, the uterine softening rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, （80%（40/50）vs 0%）, there was an obvious difference by comparison （X2=27.305,P〈0.01）and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Before the removing IUD operation in postmenopausal women, putting misoprostol in vagina can contribute to the cervical softening and expansion and relieve the pain in patients, which can get a better re- moving IUD effect.
