药物治疗高血压合并冠心病临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法整群选取该院2014年9月—2015年6月收治的高血压合并冠心病患者190例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各95例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,30 d后两组进行疗效比较,观察两组治疗效果和心功能评级。结果治疗组总有效率为94.74%,明显优于对照组的总有效率82.11%,总有效率χ~2检验,P=0.042〈0.05,说明治疗组患者明显优于对照组。两组心功能分分级比较,治疗组总有效率为96.84%,明显优于对照组总有效率88.43%。心功能分级效果差异有统计学意义。说明治疗组患者明显优于对照组。结论在应用常规治疗的基础上应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗效果明显,心功能分级明显提高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 190 cases of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from September 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 95 cases in each, the control group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment, the treatment group were treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared 30 days later, the treatment effect and cardiac function rating of the two groups were observed. Results The chi-square test of the total effective rate was P=0.042〈 0.05, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.74%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group （82.11%）, the total effective rate of cardiac function rating in the treatment group was 96.84%, which was obviously better than that in the control group （88.43%） and the difference between the two groups was obvious. Conclusion The application of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment has an obvious treatment effect, the cardiac function rating was obviously improved and is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
