高频彩色多普勒超声在颈部肿大淋巴结临床诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究高频彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结肿大临床诊断中的应用。方法整群选取该院2012年2月—2015年5月收治的淋巴结肿大患者均经过手术及病理证实104例进行超声检查。结果 104例淋巴结肿大患者中,中乳腺癌15例检出13例准确率86.67%,肺癌15例检出12例准确率80.00%,鼻咽癌20例检出17例准确率85.00%,腮腺癌17例检出13例准确率76.47%,甲状腺癌14例检出12例准确率85.71%,胃癌11例检出10例准确率90.9%,正常或炎性反应性增生12例检出11准确率91.67%高频彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率达84.61%(88/104)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对淋巴结肿大类疾病可作定位、定性诊断,诊断率较高,鉴别诊断中有较高的临床价值,可作为临床首选检查方法。Objective To study the application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes enlargement. Methods 104 cases of patients with lymph nodes enlargement confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2015 were given ultrasonic examination. Results In the 104 cases of patients with lymph nodes enlargement, 13 cases were detected with breast cancer from 15 breast cancer patients, the accu- racy rate was 86.67%,12 cases were detected with lung cancer from 15 lung cancer patients, the accuracy rate was 80.00%, 17 cases were detected with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from 20 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, the accuracy rate was 85.00%, 13 cases were detected with carcinoma of parotid gland from 17 carcinoma of parotid gland patients, the accuracy rate was 76.47%,12 cases were detected with thyroid cancer from 14 thyroid cancer patients, the accuracy rate was 85.71%, 10 cases were detected with gastric cancer from 11 gastric cancer patients, the accuracy rate was 90.9%, 11 cases were de- tected with normal or inflammatory reactive hyperplasia from 12 normal or inflammatory reactive hyperplasia patients, the accuracy rate was 91.67%, the diagnostic accordance rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography was 84.61% （88/104）. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography can make a localization and qualitative diagnosis of lymph nodes enlargement diseases with a higher diagnostic rate, and it is of higher clinical value in the differential diagnosis and can used be the preferred examination method in clinic.
