血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超测定对早期异位妊娠诊断的价值研究

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超测定早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法整群选取该院2013年6月—2015年4月收治的早期异位妊娠产妇以及同期正常妊娠产妇各42例,正常妊娠产妇设定为对照组,早期异位妊娠产妇设定为观察组。分别对两组妊娠产妇进行血清β-HCG、孕酮、B超以及三项联合的测定,评价临床诊断价值。结果观察组妊娠产妇的子宫内膜厚度、孕酮以及血清β-HCG数值均低于对照组;三项联合测定的两组妊娠产妇诊断符合率高于其他单项测定的诊断符合率。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超的测定能有效对早期异位妊娠进行诊断,值得临床推广应用。Objective To retrospectively analyze the diagnostic value of serum β-HCG, progesterone combined with B ul- trasound measurement for early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 84 cases of delivery women treated in our hospital from June 2013 to April 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 42 cases in eachl the delivery women with early ectopic pregnancy were regarded as the observation group, the delivery women with normal pregnancy were regarded as the control group, the two groups were respectively given serum β-HCG, progesterone and B ultrasound measurement and the combined measurement of the serum β-HCG, progesterone and B Ultrasound, and the clinical diagnostic value was evaluated. Results The endometrial thickness, progesterone value and serum β-HCG value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the diagnostic accordance rate of the combined measurement was higher than that of the single measurement, P〈0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Serum β-HCG, progesterone combined with B ul- trasound measurement can effectively makes a diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
