摘 要:目的展开对支气管炎症性肺疾病中呼出气一氧化氮检测临床应用的分析。方法随机选取2014年5月—2015年6月该院呼吸内科50例支气管炎症性肺疾病患者。按照疾病类型分组:32例纳入支气管哮喘组,18例纳入慢阻肺组。选择同期体检中心健康体检无呼吸道疾病体检者30例作为对照组。对各组呼出气一氧化氮检出值进行对比。结果支气管哮喘组、慢阻肺组急性发作期呼出气一氧化氮检出值均明显高于稳定期(P<0.05);稳定期呼出气一氧化氮检出值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼出气一氧化氮可对支气管炎症性肺疾病做出临床诊断,可区别急性/非急性发作期,也可用于对病情控制的评价。Objective To analyze the clinical application of detection of exhaled nitric oxide in the bronchitis pulmonary disease. Methods 50 cases of patients with bronchitis pulmonary disease treated in the respiratory medical department of our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 were collected and divided into bronchial asthma group with 32 cases and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group with 18 cases, 30 cases of healthy examined people without respiratory diseases exam- ined in the "medical examination center at the same period were selected as the control group, the detection values of ex- haled nitric oxide of the three groups were compared. Results The detection values of exhaled nitric oxide in the bronchial asthma group and the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group in the acute outbreak phase were obviously higher than those in the slationary phase (P〈0.05); the detection value of exhaled nitric oxide in the bronchial asthma group and the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group in the slationary phase was obviously higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Exhaled nitric oxide can make a clinical diagnosis of bronchitis pulmonary disease and can distinguish the acute outbreak phase from the non-acute outbreak phase and can also be used for the evaluation of disease control.
