米诺环素治疗急性智齿冠周炎25例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析米诺环素治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析50例急性智齿冠周炎患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各25例。对照组采用碘甘油治疗，观察组采用米诺环素治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及炎症消退时间、止痛时间。结果观察组25例患者中，痊愈14例，显效9例，无效2例，总有效率为92．00％；对照组25例患者中，痊愈8例，显效10例，无效7例，总有效率为72．00％，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组平均炎症消退时间、平均止痛时间均显著短于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论米诺环素治疗急性智齿冠周炎临床效果好，见效快，操作简单，药效维持时间长，无明显不良反应．值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of minocycline in the treatment of acute pericoronitis.Methods A retrospec- tive analysis of the clinical data of 50 cases of acute pericoronitis patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 25 cases in each group,the control group were treated with iodine glycerin,observation group using minocy- cline treatment,were compared between the two groups of treatment effect and inflammation subsided time,duration of analgesia. Results In the observation group,14 cases were cured,9 cases were cured,2 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 92% in the observation group,25 cases in the control group,10 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 72%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The average time of inflammation in the observation group,the average pain relief time were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Minocycline in the treatment of acute pericoronitis clinical effect of good,quick,simple operation,small side effect,long effect,no obvious adverse reactions,it is worth clinical promotion.
