安倍氧通的临床应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的对安倍氧通的临床应用效果进行评价。方法将80例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各40侧。对患者湿化效果、血氧饱和度、湿化液细菌培养、患者主观感受进行评估。结果观察组患者相对湿度为（98．86＋0．39）％，对照组为（98．80＋0.35）％；观察组血氧饱和度升高（10±2）％，对照组升高（8±2）％；观察组7d内湿化装置培养未发现细菌，对照组1例患者出现细菌培养阳性。结论安倍氧通氧疗装置可提高患者氧疗效果和舒适度，可预防交叉感染。Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of the wetting device.Methods chosen the patient of chronic obstructive pul- monary disease,then divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,40 patients in the each group;then e- valuated the wetting effect,blood oxygen saturation,the wetting fluid bacteria culture result and patients＇subjective felling,and then used statistical software analysis the results.Result the relative humidity of the observation group was （98.86＋0.39）% ,the control group was 98.80＋0.35%;the blood oxygen saturation of the observation group was（10＋2）%,the control group was（8＋2）%;the wetting fluid bacteria culture of the observation group did not find bacteria,but the result of one case was positive in the control group. Conclusion the wetting device can improve the effect of oxygen therapy ,comfort patients,as well as prevent cross infection.
