SysmexXS-800i型血细胞仪检测婴儿血小板假性增高原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨使用SysmexXS-800i型血细胞分析仪检测婴儿血小板计数假性增高的原因。方法分别用SysmexXS-800i型分析仪及手工法对婴儿乙二胺四乙酸二钾（EDTA—K2）抗凝血进行血小板计数，比较计数结果。结果150例经血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数增高的婴儿中，手工计数只有3例婴儿血小板为真性增高。结论应用SysmexXS-800i型血细胞仪检测婴儿血小板计数增高时，应分析直方图，采取手工复查，确保检验报告的准确性。Objective To understand and explore the factors using Sysmex XS-800i blood cell analyzer to detect infant platelet count false increase.Methods Using Sysmex XS-800i analyzer and manual method of infant EDTA-K2 anticoagulated blood platelet count,comparing the counting result.Result In 150 infants with blood cell analyzer to detect platelet count increased, manual counting only 3 infants increased platelet is true.Conclusion Application of Sysmex XS-800i detection infant platelet count increased,should analyze the histogram,the manual review,to ensure the accuracy of the test report.
