延续护理对糖尿病肾病终末期患者增强自我护理能力的意义

摘　　要：目的考察延续护理对糖尿病肾病（DN）终末期患者增强自我护理能力的意义。方法选择2011年4月至2014年4月医院血液净化中心行维持性血液透析的167例DN患者。按是否延续护理随机分为对照纽85例和观察组82例。结果护理前两组的自我护理能力、糖尿病肾病终末期（ESDN）常识和健康行为无显著性差异（P〉0．05），护理后，两组自我护理能力、ESDN常识和健康行为均有提高（P〈0．05）；与对照纽比较，观察组的自我护理能力、ESDN常识和健康行为均提高明显（P〈0．05）。结论延续护理有助于ESDN患者提高自我护理能力。Objective To investigate the effect of continuing nursing care on the self-care capability of end-stage diabetic nephropathy（ESDN）patients.Methods From April 2011 to April 2014,167 cases ESDN patients in our hospital were enrolled into our study and randomly divided into 2 groups according to caring： 82 cases of the control group and 85 cases in the observation group.Results There had no significant differences in self-care capability,ESDN knowledge and health behaviors between two groups（P〉 0.05）.After caring,self-care capability,ESDN knowledge and health behaviors of 2 groups had improved（P〈 0.05）.Compared with the control group,self-care capability,ESDN knowledge and health behaviors had improved significantly in the observation group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The continuing nursing care helps improve self-care capability of ESDN patients.
