输尿管软镜钛激光碎石围术期的观察及护理要点

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管软镜钛激光碎石围术期护理要点与效果。方法选取医院收治的输尿管软镜钛激光碎石患者66例作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，各33例，其中对照组护理模式为常规护理，观察组为围术期护理，对比两组护理效果。结果对照组护理满意度为81．82％，明显低于观察组的96．97％（P〈0．05）。结论输尿管软镜钛激光碎石围术期护理可提升满意度，和谐护患关系，缩短住院时间，值得推广。Objective To investigate ureteral soft titanium laser lithotripsy perioperative nursing points and mirror effect.Methods Select our hospital soft ureter mirror titanium laser lithotripsy in patients with 66 cases as the research object,according to the nursing mode is divided into control group and observation group,33 cases,of which the control for conventional nursing,nursing mode for perioperative nursing observation group,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results In the control group nursing satisfaction was 81.82%,significantly lower than the observation group was 96.97%,compared to significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ureteral soft lens titanium laser lithotripsy perioperative nursing care can improve satisfaction,harmonious relationship between nurses and patients ,shorten the length of hospital stay, is worth promoting.
