摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压患者的用药护理措施。方法选择医院的80例老年高血压患者．总结用药护理方法，并观察患者的用药护理效果。结果80例患者均不调整药物治疗的方案，给予护理用药干预后，平均收缩压下降（29．50±2．74）mmHg，平均舒张压下降（30．6±2．03）mmHg，较干预前均获有效的控制。结论对老年高血压患者实施用药护理，可有效控制患者血压，改善疾病症状，促使病情更快地恢复。Objective To use nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension were analyzed.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital as the research object,the method of nursing care were summarized ,and observe the effect of nursing care for patients with medication.Results The adjustment of drug treatment,nursing intervention with drugs in patients with systolic blood pressure decreased,the average （29.50± 2.74） mmHg,diastolic blood pressure decreased（30.6 ± 2.03） mmHg,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were controlled effectively.Conclusion The implementation of nursing care in elderly hypertensive patients,can effectively control the blood pressure of the patients,improve the patientJs symptoms,pro- mote patients recover faster.
