全程护理干预对妇科肿瘤患者腹腔镜手术康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对妇科肿瘤患者腹腔镜手术康复的效果。方法选择2012年9月至2013年9月收治的80例妇科肿瘤患者，根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组，两组均行腹腔镜手术治疗以及常规护理，观察组在此基础上开展全程护理干预，对比两组护理效果，并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果与对照组相比，观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分改善情况更优，住院时间更短，1年病情复发率更低，组间差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论全程护理干预有利于改善妇科肿瘤手术患者术后疼痛情况，有利于患者早期恢复，缩短了住院时间，患者术后生活质量也有显著改善，值得妇科临床推广使用。Objective to study the analysis of the whole nursing intervention effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gynaecological tumor rehabilitation.Methods During September 2012 to September 2013, 80 cases of gynecologic cancer patients treated by included in this study, according to random number table method to each 40 cases were divided into control group and observation group, two groups were performed laparoscopic surgery treatment and routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conducting the whole nursing intervention, compared two groups of nursing effect, and the research results related data for statistical processing.Results Compared with control group, the group of visual analog pain score was observed is better, shorter hospitalization time, 1 year disease recurrence rate is lower and significant difference between groups with statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The whole nursing intervention to improve postoperative pain in patients with gynecological tumor surgery ,is beneficial to patients early recovery, shorten the length of hospital stay, postoperative patients with quality of life has improved significantly,worthy of clinical use of department of gynaecology.
