延续性护理对2型糖尿病患者自我护理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的采用延续性护理提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力，改善患者生活质量。方法选取医院2014年3月至2015年3月内分泌科即将出院的2型糖尿病患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者出院后给予延续性护理，对照组患者出院后进行常规护理，比较两组患者出院1个月末自我管理能力情况。结果观察组患者出院1个月末自我管理能力得分均高于对照组。差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论延续性护理有助于提高2型糖尿病患者疾病相关知识，培养患者对疾病的自我管理能力，从而改善患者生活质量。Objective Use continuing nursing care in type 2 diabetes patients to improve their self-management ability and quality of life.Methods Selected 100 cases of type 2 diabetes patients our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015,divided them into observation group and the control group.Patients in observation group were given continuing nursing care after discharge,while pa- tients in control group were given regular care after discharge.Results Self management ability score of patients in observation group were higher patients in control group, difference has statistical significance （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Continuing nursing care is helpful to improve type 2 diabetes disease related knowledge,improve ability of self-management and patients＇quality of life.
