四川某地区基层医疗机构药房建设情况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查了解基层医疗机构实施药房规范化建设与未实施之间的具体变化情况。方法选择四川省某地46家基层医疗机构作为研究对象，其中以实施药房规范化建设的19家为参照组、未实施的27家为对照组．收集其基本药物制度后2011年至2013年的收支结余等数据进行分析。结果两组实施基本药物制度后，参照组财政补助收入、业务收入占总收入比例、药品收入占业务收入的比例和医院总收支结余率等数据均好于对照组。结论实施国家基本药物制度后，两组财政补助收入和业务收入不断升高。业务能力和职工收入不断提升，药品比重不断下降。但医院收支亏损较为普遍，财政补助收支结余率有时出现负增长．且参照组中相关数据好于对照组，说明四川省实施基层医疗机构药房规范化建设取得明显成绩，应积极推广实施。Objective To understand the changes in primary health care institutions with pharmacy standardized construction Methods We made a selection of 46 primary health care institutions as in Sichuan the research object,in which 19 had implemented standardized pharmacy construction as the reference group,27 not implemented as the control group.The balances and other data were collected for analysis after the implementation of the essential drug system from 2011 to 2013.Results The financial assistance income,business income ratio to total income,drug revenues accounted for the proportion of revenue and total hospital data rate balances of the reference group were better than the control group after the implementation of the essential drug system.Conclusion After the implementation of the national essential drug system,financial assistance and business of the primary health care institutions and the income of staff increased,the proportion of drug income decrease,but hospital revenue is loss more common,financial subsidy rate balances growth are sometimes negative,and the related data of the reference group are better than the control group.It indicates that the pharmacy standardization construction has made remarkable achievements in primary health care institutions from Sichuan Province,we should actively promote the implementation.
