老年糖尿病住院患者的安全服药护理

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病住院患者进行安全服药护理的效果。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月医院接受诊治的糖尿病住院患者100例，将其分为研究组和对照组，各50例。对照组使用常规护理干预，研究组在此基础上加用安全服药护理干预。结果研究组不良反应发生率为6．00％，明显低于对照组的34．00％（P〈0．05）。结论对老年糖尿病患者服药过程进行合理干预可改善老年糖尿病患者的生活质量和血糖水平，有效防范并发症、监控血糖、增强病患依从性等，值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of medication safety nursing for hospitalized patients with diabetes.Methods Randomly in March 2013-March 2015 to accept the diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetes,all the patients were divided into research group and control group,50 cases in each group,control group using conventional nursing intervention,on the basis of the control group the stndy group added the use of safe medication nursing intervention.Results The studygroup appeared adverse reaction probability was 6.00%,which was obuionly lower than control group was 34.00%（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In elderly patients with diabetes medication process reasonable intervention can improve the quality of life of senile diabetes patients and blood sugar level,effectively prevent complications,monitoring blood sugar,enhance the patients compliance, etc. ,which is worthy of clinically popularizing.
