阿奇霉素注射剂致过敏反应30例文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿奇霉素注射剂致过敏反应的一般规律，为，临床提供用药参考。方法检索中国知网期刊2000年至2014年国内发表的有关阿奇霉素注射剂致过敏反应的相关文献，共收集文献24例，经筛选，合计患者30例，并进行统计与分析。结果阿奇霉素注射荆所致过敏性反应，男性发生率较女性高，儿童发生率较成人高；死亡4例，其余患者经对症治疗预后良好；给药30min内以全身性过敏反应为主，30min后药疹的发生率有所提高。结论阿奇霉素可致严重过敏反应，应加强临床用药监测，提高临床对阿奇霉素所致过敏反应的预见性，减少严重过敏反应的发生。Objective To analyze the law of allergic reaction induced by azithromycin injection can help provide clinical medical reference.Methods Having searched all the related literature about allergic reaction induced by azithromycin injection published in 2000-2014 from CNKI journals,I collected 24 literature documents.After filtering,there are 30 patients in total,upon which I made statistical analysis.Results As to allergic reaction induced by azithromycin injection,the incidence of male is higher than that of female,the incidence of children is higher than that of aduhs;4 people died,and the rest patients had a good prognosis after the symptomatic treatment;there are mainly systemic allergic response within 30 minutes,while the eruption rate increased if 30 minutes passed after taking medicine.Conclusion Azithromycin may lead to severe allergic reaction.We should strengthen the clinical monitoring and improve the predictability of clinical on allergic reaction induced by azithromycin,so as to reduce the in- cidence of severe allergic reaction.
