摘　　要：目的加强医院高危药品的分级管理，保证用药安全。方法探讨医院对高危药品分级管理目录修订及相关管理方法体系建立的经验体会。结果在临床工作实践中不断提高高危药品的管理水平，可有效保障用药安全。结论结合医院实际情况，制订合理的管理目录，完善科学的管理方法，可有效防范高危药品产生的风险，避免用药事故的发生。Objective To strengthen the management of high-risk drugs in hospital,and to ensure the safety of drug use.Methods To explore the experience of the establishment of the directory revision and relevant management method system for the high-risk drug classification management.Results The management level of high-risk drugs is continuously improved,which can effectively protect the safety of drug use.Conclusion Formulate reasonable management directory ,improve the scientific management method, can effectively prevent the risk of high-risk drugs, to avoid the occurrence of drug accident.
