高校创新创业型人才培养的目标定位与路径选择

摘　　要：大众创业万众创新已成为一种国家战略。高校作为人才培养的基地,应当把创新创业型人才培养纳入培养目标,把培育个人创新创业基因和培养企业创办者作为创新创业人才培养的目标定位,应当选择基于专业的创新创业型人才、基于网络的创新创业型人才、基于创意的创新创业型人才和基于社会创业的创新创业型人才作为切入路径。Public entrepreneurship and innovation has become a national strategy. College, as the talent cultivation base, shall take the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training into the training objectives, take personal innovation and entrepreneurship genes and enterprise founder cultivation as innovative arid entrepre- neurial talents training target, should chose the cut path based on professional innovative and entrepreneurial talent, network innovative and entrepreneurial talent,creative and social innovativeand entrepreneurial talents.
