摘  要:本文介绍了主要的剧烈塑性变形方法,对镁合金等通道转角挤压、高压扭转、搅拌摩擦加工和多向锻造等剧烈塑性变形的研究现状进行了综述,比较了几种剧烈塑性变形方法的特点,并提出了未来镁合金剧烈塑性变形技术的发展方向.In this paper, several methods and characteristics of severe plastic deformation(SPD) were introduced. The development of Mg and its alloys by equal channel angular pressing, high pressure torsion, friction stir processing and multiple forging was summarized, in conjunction with a comparison of characteristics of different severe plastic deformation methods. The development trend of the SPD - processed Mg and its alloys was presented as well.
