摘　　要：贝克在《风险社会》中指出,现代社会已被科技风险所包围。现代社会必须适时对科技的合理性限度做出全面的伦理考量,对科技风险进行有效的社会控制,以尽可能减少或降低科技风险发生,确保科技和社会按照人们期望的方向健康发展。In Risk Society,Beck pointed out that modern society has been surrounded by scientific and technological risks. The modern society must make a comprehensive and ethical consideration of reasonable limits of science and technology and effectively control the risk,so as to minimize or reduce the risk of science and technology,to ensure the healthy development of science,technology and society in the expected direction.
