摘 要:根据结晶器保护渣组成与成分范围,在实验渣成分设计的基础上,采用静滴法,利用渣金界面性质测定仪测定了不同碱度实验渣在不同温度下的表面张力。结果表明,在实验渣成分范围内,随着温度的升高,熔渣表面张力呈线性逐渐降低,温度升高100℃,熔渣表面张力约可降低215 m N/m,且熔渣表面张力的降低主要取决于温度升高所导致的离子间作用力减弱。随着碱度的增加,熔渣表面张力逐渐升高,其变化趋势与熔体聚合程度降低的趋势相一致。According to the composition and ingredients of the mold powder, the composition range of the experiment slag was designed, and the surface tension of molten slag with different temperature and basicity was measured by sessile drop method and the determination device of high temperature melt interface properties in the present study. The results show that, within the composition scope of the experiment slag, the surface tension of molten slag decreases linearly with the temperature rising due to the iron inter-force weakened and can lower about 215 mN/m as temperature increases by 100 ℃. As the basicity of slag increases, the surface ten- sion gradually increases and its trend is consistent with the reduction trend of the melt polymerization.
