摘　　要：在总结相关研究现状的基础上提出研究问题。从正外部性、创新主体多元化和高风险性三个方面阐释了环境友好型农业技术创新的特性。识别了农业企业环境友好型技术创新获利的影响因素,认为创新主体的利益联结方式、技术创新成果产业化发展模式、产业政策的生态化倾向和市场的绿色化程度对其产生重要影响。On the basis of summarizing the relevant research situation,this poper proposes the research question.The characteristics of environmental friendly agricultural technology innovation are explained from three aspects of the positive externalitie,the diversification of innovation subjects and the high risk. The factors influencing of agricultural enterprise profiting from environmental friendly technology innovation are distinguished. It is considered that the interest joint way of innovation subjects,technological innovation industrial development model,ecological tendency of industrial policy and green degree of market have an important impact on it.
