摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO_2/SiO_2和TiO_2.用XRD,N2吸附-脱附进行了表征.以甲基橙为降解物,汞灯为光源,双氧水为降解氧化剂,考察了样品的光催化活性.研究发现:Si的引入能够抑制TiO_2由锐钛矿向金红石转化,控制TiO_2颗粒的长大,提高TiO_2的比表面积;TiO_2/SiO_2的光催化活性高于TiO_2.以600℃下煅烧3h制得的TiO_2/SiO_2为催化剂,甲基橙初始pH=3,V30%H_2O_2=3mL,催化剂的投加量为0.50g/L时,光照180min,10mg/L甲基橙的降解率达到98.03%.此外还发现在降解过程中光源、催化剂、H_2O_2三者协同作用.In order to prepare TiO2 and TiO2/SiO2 samples by means of sol-gel method.The samples were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption and XRD.At the same time,the photocatalytic activity of samples was studied with methyl orange as the degraded object,mercury lamp as light source,hydrogen peroxide as degradation oxidant.The results indicate that the introduction of Si can inhibit conversion of TiO2 from anatase to rutile and control growth of TiO2 particles and then greatly increase the surface area of TiO2.Moreover,it is found that photocatalytic activity of TiO2/SiO2 samples is higher than that of TiO2.When the initial pH value of methyl orange solution is 3,the fed amount of 30% hydrogen peroxide was 3mL and that of the TiO2/SiO2 prepared at 600℃calcined for 3hwas 0.50g/L,the degradation rate of 10mg/L methyl orange reached 98.03%in 180 min light irradiation.In addition,it is found that there is the synergetic effect among mercury lamp,catalyst and hydrogen peroxide.
