摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米Co_3O_4粒子,通过复合共沉积法将Co_3O_4嵌入沉积在Ti基体的PbO_2镀层中,制备得到PbO_2+Co_3O_4复合电极材料.用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及扫描电镜(SEM)等对纳米粒子和复合电极材料的组成、结构和形貌进行表征.结果表明:该复合电极材料由β-PbO_2和尖晶石结构的Co_3O_4组成,随着纳米Co_3O_4含量的增加,复合材料的表面粗糙度和孔隙率逐渐增大.通过循环伏安扫描(CV)和充放电等电化学测试,对复合电极材料在1 mol/L NaOH溶液中的赝电容性能进行了研究.结果表明:该复合电极材料的比电容值可达215 F/g,表现出了良好的赝电容性能.Co3O4 was imbedded into the PbO2 matrix to increase the pseudocapacitance of PbO2 in hybrid supercapacitors. The nano Co3O4 particles were prepared by mild aqueous synthesis method. Then,PbO2+ Co3O4 composite electrode materials were prepared by the composite electrodeposition method. The composition,structure and morphology of the composite electrode materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) and scanning electron microscope( SEM) analyses. Results reveal that the specific surface area and porosity of composite electrode material increased with the Co3O4 doping content. The capacitance performance of the composites was explained by cyclic voltammetry( CV) and charge-discharge tests. The results showed that the composite material has a good capacitance performance. It shows a high specific capacitance up to 215 F / g.
