摘 要:针对某型柴油机满足IMO Tier Ⅲ标准的要求,设计了两种(内混式和外混式)双流体喷嘴,并自行搭建了喷嘴雾化性能的试验台.对内混式和外混式两种喷嘴在不同的气体压力、液体流量、喷孔数量下的雾化特性进行了大量的试验研究.结果表明:随着气体压力的增大,雾化均匀性变差,当气体压力在0.3~0.4 MPa时,雾化均匀性最好;随着被雾化液体流量的增加,雾化的分布更加均匀;当喷孔数目为4个时,喷雾分布均匀性最好.综合两种双流体喷嘴的雾化特性,外混式双流体喷嘴的雾化锥角更大,雾炬更饱满.In order to satisfy IMO Tier Ⅲ standard for a marine diesel engine,two kinds of twin-fluid nozzles( internal-mixed and external-mixed) were designed and investigated experimentally. Atomization effects of the internal-mixed nozzle and the external-mixed nozzle were studied by tests. The experiments were conducted under three kinds of circumstances: different gas pressure,liquid flow and orifice quantity. The atomizing experimental results show that with the increase of gas pressure,the uniformity of atomization becomes worse; when the gas pressure is from 0. 3 to 0. 4 MPa,the atomization uniformity is the best; with the increase of the liquid flow,the distribution of atomization becomes uniform; when the orifice number is 4,the distribution of atomization achieves the best result. For the two twin-fluid nozzles,the atomizing cone angle of the external-mixed one is larger and its spray is full.
