小型绿叶类蔬菜收获机的收获方案及切割装置设计

摘　　要：基于以空心菜为主的绿叶类蔬菜特性,开展小型绿叶菜类蔬菜收获机的研制,提出能够进行切割、收集、动力行走等功能的收获方案;并对往复式切割器进行结构设计,利用Solid works软件建立实体模型;通过Pro/Engineer软件分别拟合切割器的运动轨迹曲线,分析其影响因素,在此基础上对机构的结构参数和运动参数进行优化设计,确定最佳运行轨迹和行程等运动参数。Based on the characteristics of water spinach, it started the development of small green leafy vegetables harvester, and raised harvest scheme which can do cutting, collecting, power walking and other functions; and did constructional design for reciprocate cut- ter, used Solid works software to set up solid model; analyzed the factors of influence by using Pro/Engineer software to respectively fit motion trajectory curve of cutter, and based on it, to optimize structure and motion parameters of the mechanism, so that can determine the optimal operating trajectory and process and other motion parameters.
