摘　　要：碎茬部件是秸秆粉碎还田机的主要工作部件。从刀轴机构设计、刀轴强度校核、刀片结构设计及刀片排列等方面阐述对碎茬部件的优化设计,提高其结构合理性和工作性能,以实现良好的秸秆粉碎还田作业效果。The component of crushing stubble is main working part of crushing stalk returning to field machine. In the article, it expounded the optimization design of crushing stubble component from the aspects of cutter shaft design, cutter shaft intension checking, blades structure design and blades sequence and others, and raised its structure rationality and working performance, in order to fulfill good effect for crushing stalk returning to field operation.
