摘　　要：介绍黎烈荣教授运用桑叶治疗更年期崩漏的临证经验及遣方用药特点。黎列荣教授认为更年期崩漏的主要病机为肝肾阴虚,加之脾气不健,冲任不固,不能制约经血。利用桑叶清热凉血、填精益肾之功,通过恰当配伍可起到止血塞流、清热澄源、滋阴复旧作用,为临床扩大桑叶应用、发散治疗思维提供借鉴。The paper introduces Professor Li Lierong＇ s clinical experience of using mulberry leave in treating menopausal metrorrhagia and her characteristic of therapy. Professor Li clings to the view that the primary pathogenesis of syndrome is attached to deficiency of liver,kidney＇ s essence and spleen Qi,the weak of Chong and Ren can not restrict menstrual blood. Take advantage of mulberry leave＇ s function of smoothing hotness,cooling the blood,replenishing essence and tonifying kidneys. If the compatibility of medicines is appropriate,can stop blood,clear heat and grow shade. In order to expand the clinical application and divergent treatment of thinking.
