论地方高校的卓越法律人才教育培养

摘　　要：自卓越法律人才教育培养计划提出以来,作为一种新的法学教育改革策略,其根本目的在于解决我国法学教育中存在的法学教育同质化、职业教育不足、国际化法律职业人才缺乏等诸多问题,其导向意义大于严格意义的卓越法律人才教育培养本身。虽然地方高校在卓越法律人才教育培养方面面临诸多困难,但从现实角度和改革的意义看,地方高校在卓越法律人才教育培养方面可以有所作为。Since the introduction of excellent legal talents education and training program,as a new legal education re- form strategy,its basic goal lies in solving the problems exist in ChinaJs legal education such as homogenization of law education,lack of vocational education,lack of international legal professional talent and so on,the guiding significance is greater than the strictly meaning of the cultivation of excellent legal talents itself.Although local colleges face many dif- ficulties in the cultivation of excellent legal talents,from the practical point of view and the significance of reform,local colleges and universities could have some achievements in the teaching and cultivation of excellent legal talents.
