摘　　要：近年来,海外影视剧在我国境内的传播越来越广泛,在发展繁荣网络文化、满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求的同时,也带来了诸如版权保护等许多问题。对此,国家先后出台了一系列相关法律和规定,对海外影视剧在我国的传播进行了规范和限制。本文剖析了国外立法及国际条约对影视剧版权保护的规定及不足,解析了我国现行立法中对影视剧版权保护存在的问题,在此基础上提出了相关完善建议。In recent years,the spread of foreign TV series is more extensive in our domestic territory,The TV series from different country have entered to China in various ways.But in the same time,the abundance of foreign TV series also brings a range of problems.Especially on the file, ＂The administrative regulation about import and broadcast the overseas television programs＂ that the State Administration of Radio Film and TV has punished last year and ＂the action of cleaning the lnternet＂ in order to restrict the spread of foreign TV series in our country.The problems that the article has to discuss are how to rule the copyright protection of foreign TV series on foreign legislation,international treaty and our current legislation and the lack of existence, how to improve our relevant legislation and so on.
