摘 要:发展信息消费对推动中国消费结构的优化和升级具有重要意义。本文从信息产业发展水平差异的视角,选取中国2005-2012年各省区的相关数据,使用面板门限模型,研究了人均收入对居民人均信息消费的作用。结果表明,在不同的信息产业发展水平下,人均收入对居民信息消费的影响存在着明显的门槛效应。随着信息产业不断跨越门槛值,两者之间的正相关性呈现出明显加强的趋势。此外,研究还验证了受教育程度对居民信息消费存在显著影响。最后,为推动居民信息消费提出了相关建议。The development of information consumption is of important significance to promote the optimization and upgrading of the consumption structure of China. This paper analyses income 's influence on residents information consumption from the perspective of information industry. Based on the Chinese provincial data from 2005 to 2012, the paper empirically tests the relationship between per capita income and residents information consumption under different information industry conditions by using threshold nonlinear model. The results shows an obvious threshold effect between the two relying on information industry development level. Once exceeding the threshold value of information industry , residents income will more significantly promote information consumption. In addition, this paper indicates that, there is an obvious positive correlation between residents education attainment and information consumption. Finally, the policy recommendations to develop information consumption are proposed.
