摘　　要：哈贝马斯的话语民主政治概念体现的是一种协商民主、程序民主,其理论体系的基本内核反映了内在线索的自恰性,即话语民主有其内在的政治哲学基础,这一民主形式在一定的社会和政治环境中运行,同时又反作用于社会和政治体系。由此,哈贝马斯构建起介于自由主义和共和主义之间的第三种民主模式。Habermas＇ s theory of discourse democracy is a kind of deliberative democra- cy and procedure democracy. The basic kernel of the theory reflects the appropriateness of the inner clue, that is, discourse democracy has its innate political and philosophical base. This form of democracy functions in and on social and political environment. Therefore, Habermas constructed a third democratic model between liberalism and republicanism.
