摘 要:为了研究微滴碰撞基板后的沉积形态,利用流体体积(Volume of fluid,VOF)法,建立单颗微滴与基板碰撞沉积变形的模型,对速度和接触角不同情况下的沉积过程进行数值模拟研究,分析不同速度及接触角对微滴沉积形态的影响规律.结果表明,液滴的碰撞速度与液滴最终形态无关,碰撞速度越大,液滴的最大铺展直径越大,趋于平稳所用时间越长,接触角对液滴的铺展形态影响较大,接触角越小,液滴对基板的润湿越好,液滴的铺展越明显.在模拟的基础上,利用气动式微滴喷射系统,在按需可控喷射情况下,采用高速图像拍摄系统,对微滴沉积过程进行试验研究,实验结果与模拟结果吻合较好.In order to study the deposit form of droplet collision with substrate,with the volume of fluid (VOF), the model of single droplet colliding with the substrate, depositing and de- formation was established. A numerical simulation study of deposition process is conducted in different speed and contact angle. The influence law of droplet deposition pattern is also ana- lyzed. The results show that collision speed of droplet has nothing to do with the final form of droplet. The faster the impact velocity of the droplet, the bigger the maximum spreading diameter of droplet, the longer the time for trending to stability. Contact angle has a larger effect on droplet shape. The smaller the contact angle are, the better the substrate wetting is, the more obvious the sprawl is. On the basis of the simulation, the pneumatic micro droplet injection system and high-speed image system are used to study the droplet depostion process in the case of on demand controlled injection. The results accord well with the simulation.
