摘 要:以快捷货运服务网络能力最大化为目标,建立了在综合运输体系下的快捷货运服务网络运输能力计算模型,针对模型的特点设计了基于自适应惩罚函数的遗传算法,并计算出在不同服务水平等级下算例中快捷货运服务网络的最大运输能力。计算结果表明,服务网络最大运输能力的大小与服务水平等级高低成反比。通过分析服务路段上的流量变化确定限制服务网络最大运输能力的关键路段,明确了加强快捷货运服务网络运输能力和改进快捷货运服务网络设计的方向。With the maximum capacity of the service network for express shipment as the target, a mathematic model for calculating the transportation capacity of the service network in an integrated transportation system was constructed, and a genetic algorithm, based on the self-adaptive penalty function, was designed considering the model's features. The maximum transportation capacity of the service network was calculated under different service levels. According to the result, the magnitude of the maximum transportation capacity was inversely proportional to the service levels, and the key segments were obtained through analyzing the variation of the link flow, then, the directions for strengthening the capacity and improving the design of the service network for express shipment were clear.
