摘 要:竞争力与效率是衡量旅游机场综合水平的两个重要层面,分析比较旅游机场竞争力与效率的差异情况是提升旅游机场综合水平的重要基础。本文运用标准离差法、G1法与DEA法构建了旅游机场竞争力与效率耦合协同度评价模型,并运用模型对我国22个旅游机场的竞争力、效率差异情况与耦合协同度进行了实证分析。结果显示:22个旅游机场综合竞争力为0.1563,综合效率为0.632,机场效率水平普遍高于竞争力水平,且大部分机场的规模效率处于上升阶段。旅游机场效率与竞争力的综合协同度为0.4939,处于勉强协同状态。其中三亚、桂林2个机场的竞争力与效率处于优质协同状态;张家界、丽江、西双版纳3个机场处于中级协同状态;九寨沟、黄山、香格里拉3个机场处于初级协同状态;山海关、武夷山、牡丹江、伊宁、敦煌、长白山、舟山7个机场处于勉强协同状态;喀纳斯、井冈山、大理、庐山、襄阳5个机场处于濒临失调状态;漠河机场处于轻度失调状态;黄果树机场处于严重失调状态。Competitiveness and efficiency are two important dimensions to measure the comprehensive level of tourism airports, so analysis and comparison of competitiveness and efficiency of tourism airports is an important foundation to enhance their comprehensive level. In this paper, using the standard deviation method, G1 and DEA method to build coupled collaborative evaluation model for tourism airport on competitiveness and efficiency, and using the model to study 22 tourism airports' competitiveness, efficiency and degree of coupling. The results showed that the comprehensive competitiveness of 22 tourism airports is 0. 1563, and the comprehensive efficiency of 22 tourism airports is 0. 632, so the efficiency is generally higher than competitiveness, and the scale efficiency for most of the airports is on the rise. The integrated collaborative degree of airport efficiency and competitiveness is 0.4939, and it is in barely collaboration status. The competitiveness and efficiency for Sanya and Guilin airports are in high -quality collaborative status;those for Zhangjiajie, Lijiang, Xishuangbanna airport are in intermediate collaboration;those for Jiuzhaigou, Huangshan, Xianggelila airport are in primary collaboration; those for Shanhaiguang, Wuyishan, Mudanjiang, Yining, Dunhuang,Changbaishan ,Zhoushan airport are in barely collaboration; those for Kanasi, Jinggangshan, Dali, Lushan, Xiangyang are on the verge of disorder; those for Mohe are in mild collaboration;and those for Huangguoshu are in serious collaboration.
